A Plus Urgent Care

Have been here about 5 times for various things and have had nothing but great experiences. The doctors never make you feel rushed. They take their time and listen to any concerns. This last time we saw Dr. Bash and he was great with my two kids (4 and 2 years old). He made my kids feel comfortable and even did a magic trick for them. Will always come here for our urgent care needs.

The entire team at A+ Urgent Care was fantastic! I am not from the area, and I fell and possibly broke my arm. It was after hours for most other facilities, but they were open until 8:00 p.m. (and actually stayed open a few minutes extra so that I was able to get the proper x-rays). While the radiologist is not on site outside of regular business hours, the on-site staff were able to provide some professional guidance until I get an official diagnosis. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk staff to the x-ray technician to the practitioner, were kind, thoughtful, gentle, and wonderfully patient. They went above and beyond their jobs and were remarkably kind during a painful and frustrating situation.

this was our first time here after many years as a Kaiser patient … the facility was very clean & the staff were kind and inviting … From the receptionist, to the tall Male MA, To the NP who saw my daughter . thank you so much for your care ….For the provider to say “if this was my daughter I would …..” as far as her treatment goes … made us feel like more than just patients …. Thank you! Although we hope to not have to return anytime soon… at least I know we would be taken care of ! Thank you!

Long review: I will start out that the nurses and doctors were very nice however my 9 month old and I were there for OVER TWO HOURS so that is why I left such a low review. I was in level 8 headache pain from a sinus infection, when I called before coming in had asked if I should make an appointment and the lady I spoke with told me “we are primarily a walk in office so I recommend you do NOT make an appointment because we don’t always stand by them” SO I did not make one. I do not think them offering appointments in addition to walk in is sufficient. I think it allows their office to become extremely over busy to where their staff can’t keep up. I also think they should let people know when they check in that they are behind, their wait time is extremely long, etc. Nothing was said to me when I checked in and again, my 9 month old and I sat in the waiting room for over 1.5 hours, then didn’t get out of the exam room for over another half hour. Main points: I should have had the option to leave and go to another office by being informed I may have a long wait. I also think the office should reevaluate their walk-in/appointment options. They become too busy that it lowers their customer care. I may not return solely because if I am ever in that much pain again I would NOT be able to sit in a waiting room, with my baby, for an hour and a half! Edit: I also found out from my regular OBGYN that the antibiotics I was prescribed at this urgent care make my birth control much less effective and I find it extremely unprofessional that the doctor did NOT tell me this when I PUT on my check in paper that I WAS taking birth control! So thanks.

After having Kaiser for many years we changed providers. I made an appointment with this urgent care (not having a regular doctor yet) and they were amazing. It’s scary changing providers after so many years, but I think I’m gonna be very happy with anthem and this urgent care!! Super nice, friendly people, great doctor. Thank you A plus

I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. The staff is friendly and professional, the level of care and attention is as good as your primary doctor. The only downside would be their website you have to use to enter your info and filling out forms…It wouldn’t work for me after numerous attempts I ended up filling out a paper version instead…at the end of the day.the treatment and care you receive from them is all that matters (but seriously A+, you’ve gotta do something about that patient information website 🙏😊.
